Wear-Resistant Ceramic Rotary Feed Valve

This valve is primarily suitable for the opening and closing of ash and slag discharge in dry ash systems of thermal power plants. It is also applicable in mines, lime plants, cement plants, and other environments with abrasive and corrosive dust media for feed opening and closing. The valve features excellent sealing performance, high temperature resistance, strong wear resistance, flexible operation, no ash jamming or accumulation, and a long service life.

*The main body of the PG wear-resistant ceramic discharge valve is composed of cast steel, cast iron, and wear-resistant ceramics.

*Operating temperature ≤250°C

*The actuator's nominal pressure is 0.4-0.6Mpa, and the valve's nominal pressure is 1Mpa.

*Customization is available according to user requirements.

※Applicable media: Flue gas desulfurization, power plant dust removal, ash discharge, slag discharge, water treatment, boiler steam, lime slurry, and seawater transportation containing particles.
